The ingredients:

Linseed - ½ spoon (5 g)

Banana - 1 piece (120 g)

Bitter chocolate - 2 cubes (20 g)

Natural yoghurt 2% OSM - 6 spoons (150 g)

Raspberries - 2/3 glasses (80 g)

Oatmeal - 1/3 glass (40 g)

Preparation:

Slice the banana. Chop the chocolate. Pour boiling water over the flakes, leave them to swell for a few minutes. Then add natural yoghurt, sliced banana and chopped chocolate, mix. Sprinkle with linseed and add raspberries

Brunch (Pasta sandwiches, avocado, tomatoes and parsley)
Dinner - first course (Soup cream of green peas)
Dinner - second course (Cod with vegetables)
Snack (Yam fries)
