How to build firm and large buttocks ❓

It is no longer known that you (women ♀), unlike men 👱♂️, care more about sculpting the lower parts of the body.  Usually, your training plans involve a lot of exercise on the buttocks.But do these exercises actually bring the expected results ❓.

Well, that's not exactly how it looks. I already explain why!

I noticed that you often suggest exercises that are presented in social media💻 by celebrities.Unfortunately, you have to take into account the fact that people who do these exercises on films actually train quite differently and more often than it is shown during the recordings ❗️ Most of the films they present on their channels are not on gluteal muscles even though they describe them as exercises on them. It's just a marketing trick to get more coverage of 📺 and convince you to take advantage of their offer.

Returning to the main thread for building large and firm buttocks, the best way to do this is to choose the right exercises in your training plan that will engage ALL the functions of the muscle. 💪
